Tap Water
The tap water is delicious and safe to drink!
Parking and Access
You're welcome to pull one vehicle into the parking space in front of the house. If you have a second vehicle, please park it on the street.
The access code to enter the property is 1979.
Climate Control
Please leave the thermostat between 55–75 degrees. When you check out, please turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.
Garbage and Recycling
Please put your trash into the black barrel outside in the back patio area. Use the blue recycling bin for all recyclables. Make sure all trash is properly put in a trash bag before inserting it into the proper barrel.
Hot Tub
Please shower without soap before use and wipe any debris off your feet before getting in. Keep the lid on and clipped when not in use. Empty one chemical cup directly into the hot tub filter before each use.
Please note that the hot tub area is not out of view from others in sight.
Television
The Smart TV can be used with HDMI to your personal device or through digital platforms (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, or whatever you have subscriptions for). Please make sure to log out of all your accounts on your checkout day.
Pet Policy
We're happy your furry friend could join you at Three Oaks! Please:
Pick up after them when they go to the bathroom
Don't leave them unattended in the house unless they are crated
Don't let them on any furniture
Keep them leashed while outside (we have a lot of wildlife!)
We'd love to see photos of your pup enjoying their stay!
Check Out Instructions
Please leave all used beds as they are. No need to make them or strip them—housekeeping will take care of it.
Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it.
Shut and lock all windows if you have opened them.
Log out of all your digital accounts used on the smart TV. We don't want other guests using your personal accounts!
If you move furniture, please put it back in its correct place. We do charge a $100 fee if furniture is moved to a different place.
Lock the front door deadbolt and go out the way you came. Press "Schlage" and turn the lock. DO NOT lock the door handle lock.

Seven Bridges Trail – Well-loved local trail in Cheyenne Canyon featuring a series of scenic bridges over creek crossings. Great for a 3–6 mile hike with varied terrain.
Garden of the Gods – Classic sandstone formations with dozens of interconnected trails ranging from easy loops (like Central Garden Trail) to moderate routes like Palmer and Scotsman Trails.
Mt Cutler and Muscoco Trailhead – Good launching point for moderate canyon hikes with views across Colorado Springs.
